i found the staff helpful when i needed assistance. the hotel is near many restaurants and places within walking distance. they helped arrange 24-hour shuttle transfers to and from the airport.
it was closed. i specifically searched for hotels with a gym.. this was a major letdown.

Really good Service and Great Location!
helpful staff clean room rooftop patio good deals
The staff was AMAZING! They were really nice too help with taxis, providing cheaper prices and securing good deals for local buses and attractions. Our room was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the fresh towels every day. The rooftop patio provided a place to relax and wind down each night. Blankets were even available for cooler evenings.
I was disappointed, since I specifically booked the place with a gym.

Satisfactory stay near the Vatican
wide choice convenient location
The breakfast had a wide choice of items. It was decent to get the day started. I found the location very convenient. Vatican City was about a 10-minute walk. Plenty of eating places surrounded the hotel.
The first room I was in was noisy. I was moved to a quieter room though. There was no kettle in the room.

easy location clean room slippery shower loose tile
the location proved useful. it was easy to reach highways and various tourist spots. the rooms were clean, a feature i value.
the shower floor worried me. i thought it was dangerously slippery, more so than i've experienced in my travels. some bathroom floor tiles felt loose and created a tripping hazard.
